Description
Gordon & Macphail describe this new range as 'Always non-chill-filtered, these single cask and small batch expressions offer an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries' own bottlings.' This is from refill bourbon barrels distilled in 2007 and matured for a further 3 years in Hermitage casks which was then bottled on 20th April 2021 producing 3934 bottles.
