Description
This GlenAllachie was distilled on 7th July 1989 and bottled in August 2020 and matured in an Oloroso hogshead which produced 339 bottles. Oloroso Sherry is made in the Jerez area of Andalusia, Spain and is often dark and nutty with a long finish. The slightly smaller hogshead cask, compared to a butt or puncheon, gives greater wood and spirit interaction, enhancing
the intensity of flavours. Specially selected for the UK only.
