Description
This CaoI Ila was distilled on 18 July 2006 and bottled in July 2016 from a refill ex-Sherry Hogshead which produced 274 bottles.
This is our second bottling to celebrate our 10th year of doing business. We started in 2006 like this whisky and we think, like our Craigellachie, it truly reflects our passion for whisky.
This whisky was chosen by Kat, Val, Vicky & Mike. The first one chosen by the full team!

| WSD: Toffee and orange peel with fresh wood on a beach with creamy sweet smoke from paper ash blowing in. |

| WSD: Oodles of smoke. Sweet and spicy. Smoked haddock covered in peppercorns and chili on a beach barbecue lit by Oloroso firelighters. . |

| WSD: Very long, spicy and invigorating like a friendly smack in the mouth. (The last bit is what Vicky said) |
