Description
This Craigellachie was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022. It has been finished in 2 Plantation casks (French oak puncheons, first used for Cognac, then used to finish Guyana pot-still rum from Diamond Distillery and finished for a period of 24 months. It produced 1358 bottles.
The Morrison family describe this as having "savoury notes of roasted coffee beans and hazelnuts, balanced with ripe tropical fruit."
