Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers tell us 'This Glen Garioch 32 Years Old was acquired by Stanley P Morrison in 1970 at a time when the distillery had been mothballed. The 1988 Glen Garioch is typical of the style Glen Garioch were producing at the time when the traditional malting of peated barley was still in use at the distillery. The whisky has a beautifully balanced herbal character with ever so gentle peat smoke lingering in the background.'
It was distilled on 28th October 1988 from a bourbon barrel which produced 108 bottles and bottled on 28th August 2021.
