Description
Benromach Peat Smoke Sherry Cask Matured is only ever produced in very small batches and aged exclusively in first-fill sherry hogshead casks using barley malted with high levels of peat smoke at 55ppm. This batch was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2021.

| Distillery: Appealing cinnamon and ginger aromas with rich dark chocolate giving way to soft demerara sugar. Seville orange peel with sweet smoke. |

| Distillery: Cocoa powder and sweet, creamy honeycomb accompany stewed red berries. Subtle vanilla and cracked black pepper lead to toasted almonds. |
