Description
This Hazelburn spent 6 years maturing in fresh ex-Bourbon casks and then 3 years maturing in refill ex-Barolo wine casks. It was distilled in June 2007 and bottled in October 2016.
Tasting Notes

| Distillery: Fragrant with notes of sweet confectionary and fruit salad giving way to sugared, sherbert and soft fruits. |
| Taste |
| Distillery: Peppery with light tannins. The sweetness is continued alongside dark fruits, raisins and the subtle hint of coconut shavings. |
| Finish |
| Distillery: Dark sugars and chocolate to the fore with pineapple custard, vanilla, stewed fruits and a touch of bung cloth all present in the medium dry finish. |
