The Cask Strength Release No.3 has been matured predominantly first-fill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and a small quantity of refill casks, hand selected by Gordon Motion, Highland Park's Master Whisky Maker. Created using a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt to deliver a more intense smoky character
