Description
This Carn Mor Benrinnes was distilled on 6 September 1991 and bottled on 10 June 2013 from a single ex-Bourbon Hogshead which produced 178 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Nose |
The WSD: Sandal wood, lemon curd tarts with the pastry crispy. Nicely spiced which develops into all spice and apricots. |
Taste |
The WSD: Powerful. Thwacks of concentrated citrus. More jam (apricot this time). Loads of spice may be even green peppercorns. Water brings out a creaminess, ripe bananas and wood finishing up with fresh coffee. |
