Description
The distillery says "The Smoke Season has been double cask matured in bourbon and fire toasted virgin oak for depth and intensity. It is their most heavily peated single malt, a smouldering collision of sweet and smoky spirit. Smoke Season is a small batch release that captures one of Benriach’s time-honoured seasonal production techniques of peated spirit running through the stills."
