This Connoisseurs Chouce Strathmill was distilled in April 1991 and bottled in April 2007 from refill ex-Bourbon barrels. Tasting Notes

| G&M: Initially a note of freshly cut grass and cedar wood. Light and floral. With water a vanilla note initially, after which a fruitiness develops - pineapple. A hint of bees wax follows. |

| G&M: Sweet and creamy - marshmallows. A hint of pineapple and mild spiciness - pepper. With water a prominent sweetness, balanced with warm spiciness. A creamy dark chocolate note follows. |
