Master Distiller Billy Walker describes this 15 Years Old as 'the perfect representation of the distillery’s DNA. He believes the 15 year old is an exceptional balance of the distillery’s spirit and the influence of the Sherry casks used during maturation.' Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads – were used during maturation to deliver complete depth and finish.
