Description
This Connoisseurs Choice Glen Elgin 1996 was distilled in October 1996 and bottled in October 2010. We assume it is 14 years old. It was matured in refill sherry casks. It is a fruity Speysider with hints of citrus and nuts.

| G&M: Sherry influences are present. A light hint of esters and citrus fruit - lemons. With water - becomes even more fruity. Sherry influences still come to fore, with a vanilla note now apparent. |

| G&M: Initially mouth warming and spicy - pepper. Citrus fruits and hazelnuts. With water - Really creamy with a delicate spice. Very fruity and sweet. |
