This Blair Athol was distilled 30th April 2009 and bottled 19th November 2017 at cask strength. It was matured in a Bourbon Hogshead and finished in a Sherry Hogshead. Only 180 bottles produced.
|ADR: Dried apricot, brambles and clove.
The WSD: Very light with soft fruits - honeydew melon, pears and fresh apricots. (V)
|ADR: Sugared almonds, strawberries and cream.
The WSD: Quite sweet initially then zesty lemon and lime marmalade. Crushed pink peppercorns follow with a tangy fruit crumble. (V)
|ADR: Marmalade is complimented by walnuts and pepper.
The WSD: Slightly drying and waxy but still zingy. (V)
