Dingwall’s first whisky in almost 100 years is a classic Highland Single Malt in every sense of the word, and the first step in a long journey. This is their second bottling of the 2018 vintage. The distillery say 'The spirit has been matured for three years in 60% First-fill Tennessee Whiskey, 25% First-fill Oloroso and 15% Refill Whisky casks. only 8000 bottles are available."
