Description
This gin is a small batch hand crafted gin made from grain and distilled and bottled at Rock Town Distillery, Arkansas for the Great Whisky Company. It is infused with 7 natural botanicals, juniper, coriander, angelica, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel and anise. The botanicals are vapor infused into the spirit during distillation. People have descibed this as having aromas of tarragon, sweet grass, juniper jelly, and honeyed lemon peels with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a vanilla cake, slate, and pepper accented finish.
