Tasting Notes
Nose |
Adelphi: A rich and mellow savoury nose reminiscent of Korean kimchi; oily, vegetal, including scallions, a trace of ginger and mixed dried herbs. On top of this the usual Highland toffee, with the addition of some bitter sweet cherries. |
Taste |
Adelphi: Sweet and creamy to taste, with a rich mouthfeel, becoming spicy dry with dusty chocolate pud. Drinks well straight. |
Finish |
Adelphi: Full bodied with a long warming finish and a sweet and savoury aftertaste. |
