This Clynelish was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2013 from refill ex-Sherry Hogsheads.
Tasting Notes
| Nose |
| G&M: Subtle Sherry influences with stewed pear, apple and toasted malt aromas. Hints of toffee and demerara suger develop. With water hints of beeswax polish cinnamon and nutmeg initially. Lemon grass and rose petal aromas develop and combine with a trace of orange blossom honey. |
| Taste |
| G&M: The palate is spicy with ripe banana and orange flavours. These combine with a lingering dark chocolate edge. With water black cracked pepper with fruit cake flavours, rum and raisin. Hints of green apple, lemon and cinnamon linger. |
