The distillery says: "Craigellachie is an unapologetic and distinct whisky, robust and muscular in flavour with a hint of pineapple. Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks which bring vanilla, toffee and fudge notes, and first fill ex-Sherry casks providing richness and complexity, the extra years resting in oak allows for further flavor development in the 23 Year Old. Vanilla moves to the palate, spices and menthol notes emerge and charred pineapple intensifies."

This Fettercairn Batch No 003 has been matured in a selection of handpicked ex-Bourbon barrels (57%), rum barrels (16%) and French red wine barriques (27%). This unique combination of casks was carefully chosen from the treasure trove of aging stock in Warehouse 2, where high humidity combines with the relatively cool and temperate environment to make their mark on the maturing spirit.
Batch No 004 has been crafted using a handpicked selection of first and second fill American oak casks married alongside re-charred Hungarian oak wine casks, filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2014 and has since been maturing in Fettercairn Warehouse 2 until bottling in 2022
The distillery say 'Major James Grant created tall slender pot stills and unique purifiers to capture only the finest vapour. This gives the 18 Years Old, floral notes, malty caramel and raisins which unfold and intrigue with every sip.'
The Distillery say 'This is a perfectly executed 21 years old port-finished single malt. Combining spicy sweetness from ex-bourbon casks and rich wine flavours which develop from authentic port casks imported from Portugal.'
The distillery say 'This 12 year old unpeated spirit has been matured in first fill Bourbon barrels before a final twelve month finish in Amontillado Sherry Casks. The result is a warm, nutty dram with long lingering vanilla notes and a mildly dry finish. Subtle maritime nuances on the nose and palate transport you to Campbeltown, as if walking along on our harbour at Christmas time.
The distillery say "A sibling to our ever-popular Glen Scotia Double Cask, Double Cask Rum Finish whisky is an exotic and mouth-watering dram for those not afraid to explore. The alternative finish in Guyanese demerara rum barrels gives an exotic and tropical mouthfeel. Matured in the finest American oak barrels, this rich and exotic whisky is filled with notes of cooked sugar, molasses and tropical fruits."
Founded in 1885 the distillery was originally part of the Mills of Rothes. Water from the Doonie Burn is used to produce this smooth, warming single malt scotch whisky. A slight sense of wood smoke on the nose is rewarded with a spicy, dry finish.

The whisky was elevated through maturation in Pedro Ximinez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks. With a deep chestnut hue, a lively nose and a punchy palate, expect a dram that captivates the senses."

Sherry casks, along with Rioja barriques and medium charred/medium toasted American virgin oak barrels. Presented at natural cask strength of 58.1% ABV, without chill-filtration and at natural colour.
For Batch Three of the Glenallachie Virgin Oak Series, they first matured the whisky in American Oak (Quercus Alba) Ex-Bourbon Barrels. To add a delicate and distinctive twist, the whisky then underwent additional maturation for approximately 18 months in specially selected Spanish virgin oak casks. This rich bronze malt attains its spicy, treacly flavours from hogsheads made of Spanish Oak (Quercus Robur) sourced from Galicia and Asturias regions, in particular the Cantabrian Mountains which have a cooler climate and greater humidity. Before being filled, the wood is air dried for around 18 months, opening up the oak for the Glenallachie spirit to extract the cask character.
The distillery says: "Exclusively bottled for the UK, this complex bronze malt enjoyed initial ageing for over 8 years in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. To add further richness and depth, the whisky was then re-racked into hand-selected Marsala casks to finish its maturation for a period of approximately 42 months. A fortified wine produced on the Italian island of Sicily, these Marsala barrels have created a well-rounded palate bursting with sweet fruits and smooth caramel, leading to a velvety mouthfeel and long finish. The whisky was monitored frequently to ensure the achievement of exceptional balance between wood and spirit influence."
