From Spey Valley Brewery, this beer has been aged for 26 months in an American oak cask and is 7.1% abv. They describe it as 'Delicate and complex the beer is heavily influenced by the American oak cask and the spirit of Minmore. Subtle citrus notes are also present in this beautiful amber beer.'
