Matured for a longer period of time than series 1 exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts from the area around the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. This Lindores Single Malt is bottled onsite at our unique Limited-Edition strength of 49.4% ABV."

Expertly matured in quality Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso Sherry puncheons, the casks have imparted rich, fruity notes that mingle harmoniously with warming wisps of peat smoke. Made using mainland peat from St. Fergus, the sweet phenolic content of the whisky amounts to 35 PPM. A lengthy fermentation period of 160 hours results in a fruit-forward spirit that lends itself perfectly to ageing in the finest Sherry oak
One of the new range of single malts from Mortlach distillery whose whiskies have been uniquely 2.81 times distilled. The distillery say 'This single malt Scotch whisky is inspired by the iconic and rewarding first bottling of the 16 Years Old release back in 1992. Before 1992 the only way anybody, even the distillery workers, could enjoy Mortlach was as a blended whisky. It has been matured only in sherry casks to impart spicy and sweet notes atop the beastly complexity synonymous with Mortlach.'
This Old Particular Midnight Series Glenrothes 18 Years Old was distilled in February 2005 and bottled in October 2023. This is one of 263 bottles matured in a sherry butt. Instantly recognisable via their black labels and addition of a “Midnight” illustrated stamp, these unique Single Cask bottlings are exceptionally dark in colour and rich in flavour, owing to their Sherry cask heritage.

Smokehead Sherry cask blast is a limited edition "heavily" peated expression of Smokehead which is a single malt from an Islay distillery finished in sherry casks. IMD described it as being " boldly blasted by Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. The say the whisky is " a smoky, spicy and sweet malt takes no prisoners. Immense, intense and full of Smokehead boldness and attitude".
The Speyburn 10 Years Old is matured in American oak ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The result a classic Speyside single malt as mellow as it's surroundings.
