The distillery says "The GlenDronach Port Wood is inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the 19th century.
The GlenDronach’s rich, full bodied Highland spirit has been matured in the distillery’s signature Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, followed by a second maturation in some of the finest port pipes from the majestic Douro Valley of Portugal.
Expertly selected and married by The GlenDronach Master Blender, this fruit-filled ten-year-old expression offers layers upon layers of rich fruit flavour, rolling into a signature long, satisfying finish."

The distillery says: "This particular expression is a very limited release, exclusive to Trump International Golf Links, Scotland. As a single cask bottling (cask number 1036), this whisky has been hand-selected from thousands of casks maturing in the distillery's dunnage warehouses. Distilled on 13th December 1985, the whisky is a classic GlenDronach, having been matured in a Pedro Ximinez Sherry puncheon, and was bottled in June 2012, aged 26 years old"

This 50 Years Old whisky is from independent family-owned distillery Glenfarclas. This limited-edition is to commemorate the 50th anniversary of family member and chairman, John Grant first starting in the industry.
The oldest family-owned distillery in Speyside, John is the fifth generation of the Grant family to take the helm at Glenfarclas. The foresight of his ancestors has allowed the distillery, under John’s guidance, to produce and bottle a number of rare single malts spanning seven decades, including this latest release.
Described as, a stunning copper in colour, reminiscent of the magnificent stills at the distillery, Glenfarclas 50 years old has been bottled at 50% ABV and tells the story of the distillery through its aroma and flavours. Selected for bottling by Distillery Manager, Callum Fraser, and Managing Director, Douglas Belford, the whisky demonstrates the skill of the distillery team 50 years ago, lead at the time by then distillery manager, Douglas MacDonald.
By adding water, the whisky evolves further, creating more of a lightly peated aroma on the nose and a sweeter, woodier taste on the palate.

Fire & Cane is the 4th release in Glenfiddich's experimental series. The basis is a peated Glenfiddich which has then been finished in rum casks. Hence fire and cane. This now comes in a tube.
Orchard Experiment is the 5th release in Glenfiddich's experimental series. The distillery tells us "Brian Kingsman, our Malt Master , travels to Somerset in the Southwest of England to meet Matilda Temperley, Master Distiller of her family's industry-defining Somerset Cider Brandy Company. Somerset Pomona, a blend of apple cider brandy and apple juice, started him on an aromatic journey that led to the first ever single malt Scotch whisky finished in Somerset Pomona Spirit casks."
Brian Kingsman, Glenfiddich's Malt Master, conducted one of the most exciting malt experiments in Glenfiddich's 130-year history. Shrouded in secrecy (its code name was XX, pronounced 20), he invited 20 whisky experts from 16 countries to the Glenfiddich distillery. Brian gave each of these experts complete freedom to explore the warehouse and choose any single cask of Glenfiddich whisky that intrigued them the most.
Chapter Three in the Legacy Series marries some of the very finest American oak sherry casks in the Glengoyne warehouses according to the distillery.
The distillery describe this 21 Years Old "Finished in first-fill Oloroso Sherry, Tronçais Cognac and Colheita vintage Port casks, The triple cask finish on this precious Single Malt brings extra layers of depth, smoothness and intriguing spiciness to The Glenlivet’s iconic smooth and fruity style. Luscious notes of caramelised pears and juicy sultanas intertwine with fragrant nutmeg and warming cinnamon deriving from the Cognac cask influence."
This Glenlossie has a fresh, grassy aroma and a smooth lingering flavour. 
This single malt spent its first eight years mellowing in American white oak bourbon casks. Then, delighted by that whisky’s smooth, soft character, Dr Bill was inspired to finish a select batch in Palo Cortado casks, never before used at Glenmorangie. 
Flora Adora is the latest limited release from Hendricks Master Distiller Lesley Gracie who has taken her inspiration from the Hendrick's gin palace garden. It is described as buzzing with an enticing aroma of enchanting flowers and a fresh, herbal character that is classically Hendrick's in style. The juniper and coriander backbone is lengthened by lush green and wonderfully sweet floral characteristics, creating a wonderfully balanced gin.
Lesley says this is 'Exquisite with tonic and a slice of cucumber, or perhaps try mixed long in a Wildgarden Cup – a medley of fresh mint, cooling cucumber and juicy raspberries lengthened with a refreshing lemon soda.'
The distillery say "This exquisitely extravagant expression boasts a rich ensemble of bright flavours that seduce the senses. It seems that stone fruit flavours, rose scents and gin were a magical combination in the most opulent of establishments in Paris at the turn of the 20th Century, and eaux de vies, peach schnapps, cherry liqueurs and the like were the ‘in thing’ for those who had the means to celebrate in spectacular style.
Our Master Distiller, alchemist and liquid poet Lesley Gracie has deftly combined these flavours into a ravishingly fruity spirit, where pirouettes of decadent stone fruit share the stage with sweet herbs and make for an elegant sensory feast that is deliciously indulgent and yet as light as silk.
Lesley says "The classic juniper character of Hendrick’s Gin is enhanced by the natural soft sweetness and bright fruitiness of deliciously decadent stone fruit which complements and
accentuates the freshness of our signature cucumber notes. A cabaret of stone fruit flavours seduces with wild waves of light, fruity freshness and is rounded out by sweet aromatic herbs for a deliciously smooth, distinctly different fragrantly fruity finish."
Lunar is the latest release from Hendricks Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. It is decribed as being distinctly floral with a delicate spicy finish. Lesley recommends serving with tonic over ice and a slice of cucumber and a twist of black pepper or with ginger ale, cucumber and a twist of lemon.
