Bowmore 12 is a medium peated malt - less than some of its Islay cousins. It also has an appealing floral side as well.
The Bowmore 15 is from whisky matured in Bourbon casks which then has a further maturation in sherry casks. The distillery says it is an exquisite sherry cask finish that develops layers of rich, peat smoked complexity at 15 Years Old.
One of the more complex Bowmore's in the distilleries own range. The Bowmore 18 is one to savour. There are citrus, toffee and chocolate notes alongside the sherry cask influences.
For this, "The Botanist", small-batch, artisanal Islay gin they use nine of the classic gin aromatics orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 local botanicals, hand-picked by their expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Hebridean island of Islay. 
The Bunnahabhain 12 is now bottled at 46.3% and is natural colour and un-chillfiltered. This new version is even better than the old bottling in opinion of The WSD.
