It is matured for 12 years in a mix of recharred American oak and refill bourbon American oak casks giving sweet vanilla background notes that compliments the soft peat style of Loch Lomonds unique set up.
The whisky is named after the Victorian distiller Harvey MacNair who reputedly in the 1860's developed a peated blend in an old stone bothy near GlenAllachie after a days fishing. Billy Walker has recreated the same style of heavily peated whisky using the finest vintage Speyside and Islay single malts, blended with aged GlenAllachie. These are then laid to rest in American oak barrels, sherry casks and French oak barriques.
Mannochmore single malt Scotch whisky has a light, fruity aroma and a smooth, mellow taste. 
One of the new range of single malts from Mortlach distillery whose whiskies have been uniquely 2.81 times distilled. The spirit criss-crosses between six copper stills and The Wee Witchie, the smallest still. The distillery say they have dedicated this 12 Years Old to the still that bears the beast. It has been matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctly rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whisky legendary.
Old Pulteney 12 Years Old is matured in hand selected American ex-bourbon casks. Over the years, the casks gently absorb the northern sea breeze, giving the whisky its smooth, complex flavours and coastal character.
Finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, the distillery describes this whisky as "rich and exuberant - the full bodied spice of Oloroso, and the bright summer breeze of Royal Brackla elegantly combine as a smooth and inviting dram - ripe peaches, black cherries, toasted almonds and dark brown sugar" 
This medium bodied single malt is aged for 12 years in oak casks.
Whisky from both Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned casks and refill ex-bourbon casks have been hand selected for their honey notes and nutty intensity.

The taste is a hive of activity full of soft cooked apples, luscious brown sugar, hints of creamy coffee and roasted nutty notes. This is ambrosial decadence worth savouring.

Spey 12 Years Old is a peated single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside Distillery. Limited release of 3000 bottles. Non chill-filtered. Natural colour. 
This single malt has a light, rounded body, a creamy sweet flavour, with a dry finish and chocolaty aftertaste. 
Matured entirely in sherry oak casks.

This Caol Ila has been matured in 1st fill oloroso sherry hogsheads producing 694 bottles.
Brave New Spirits say this is: "Bonfire, kelp, kumquat, dark chocolate with raspberries, pink peppercorns, grilled red snapper" 
The Tobermory 12 Years Old is the new signature expression from the distillery. It is made with non-peated barley and aged in ex-bourbon casks. The distillery say it has smooth notes of vibrant fruit and spice.
