The Distillery says: "Filled at natural cask strength directly from a limited lot of casks without chill filtering, colour reduction and dilution. This final batch (Second Release) concludes the Allt Gleann before we begin the next chapter of the Legacy Series.
Heavily peated single malt whisky made with Concerto malted barley with an in-grain phenols content of 78+PPM. Fermented with Pinnacle MG+ Yeast and aged in a mix of first-fill bourbon barrels and refill whisky barrels. Bottled without reduction at 61.1% with a residual phenols level of 22.8PPM
A robustly peated spirit with a deceptively refined character, resulting in a complex and characterful maritime whisky."
