This Ardmore was distilled in October 1996 and bottled February 2018 from a refill hogshead. It is one of only 267 bottles.
|DL: Initially creamy then shows smoked meat, black pepper and a hint of smoke.
WSD: A creamy smoke over tropical fruits. Pears baked over a wood fire covered in single cream. Very feint citrus notes in the background. (V)
|DL: Rich with sweet peat, damp leaves, apple peel, spices and honeycomb.
WSD: A touch of spice and a slight prickle. Softens to creamy fudge been eaten near a wood fire. (V)
|DL: Dark toffee and vanilla with cured meat, more smoke and a gristy sweetness.
WSD: A fairly short, but smooth, creamy finish. (V)
