From Spey Valley Brewery, this beer has been laid down for 28 months in a Speyside cask and is 9.1% abv. They describe it as 'This beer is heavily influenced by the American oak cask. Vanilla, dark fruit and chocolate flavours and aromas prevail in a deep, dark, complex package.'
