| G&M: Salty and sweet with an underlying smokiness. Cured meat aromas with cooking apples and dried figs. With water sweet with hints of strawberry and mango. Salty sea air aroma with bonfire embers. |

| G&M: Smoky and sweet initially on the palate, with melon and apricot flavours and a milk chocolate edge. With water green apples with a touch of aniseed. Dried walnuts and cigar ash flavours linger. |
Distillery Manager Andrew Brown says this Bunnahabhain Stiuireadair (pronounced stew-rahdur, meaning helmsman) is the distillery's tribute to the sea and it's influence on their whisky. Chosen from sherry casks of varying ages from different parts of the warehouse.
