Description
Christmas cake in a whisky glass, generous notes of honey and rich fruit - with a long cinnamon finish. Perfect after dinner, or frankly, anytime. Matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks, predominantly 1st Fill European Oak Sherry Casks, for twenty one character building years.

| Distillery: Red apples, spicy strudel, toffee, sherry and dried fruits. Christmas cake in a glass.
The WSD: Very thick and intense with many layers. Hot houses and bodegas. Fruit cake mixture that's been standing and uncooked dough balls. Beef consomme, pot pouri and more floral notes with treacle toffee. |

| Distillery: Lots of Sherry, honey, oak with a developing aromatic sensation. Ends with a heavenly cinnamon nip.
The WSD: Subtle wood polish notes, baked fruit cake, concentrated raisin juice and rich cream with sweetness coming through and then drying. |
