Description
The Glenfiddich Winter Storm Icewine cask finish experimental #3 is the result of a trip Brian Kingsman made to a winery in Niagara one freezing January. There the grapes were picked by moonlight at -10 degrees C. It is aged for 21 Years then finished in small batches of icewine casks from Canada and is best enjoyed with a frozen grape in a frozen glass according to the distillery. This is batch release number 2.

Distillery: Soft sweet notes reminiscent of candied fruit and Turkish Delight develop into flavours of mouth watering lychee. The fusion of sweet flavours is soon met with a rich drying sensation from the icewine. |
