Description
The distillery says "Billy Walker has carefully crafted a very limited release: The GlenAllachie 21 year old cask strength, Batch 1. Working with Vintages from across 1997 and 1998, Billy ultimately selected and married together 5 casks; a mouth-watering combination of Pedro Ximénez Puncheons and Hogsheads. Each individual cask adds its own unique influence, with the sum ultimately greater than its parts. Only 1,600 bottles are available worldwide."
