The whisky for the Dalmore 12 spends approximately 10 years in American Oak and then around 2 years in Oloroso sherry casks.

The WSD: Lots of citrus, more marmalade, vanilla pods and all spice.
|Distillery: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate
The WSD: Smooth to start with citrus and a touch of bitterness at the end.
