Daftmill is a farm distillery owned and operated by the Cuthbert family. It only runs in the farms quiet periods: mid-summer and winter sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. The barley is grown on the farm. Distilled and filled in the summer of 2006, these ex-bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill in Kentucky have waited patiently in the bottom storey of warehouse number 1 for nearly 12 years. It is one of only 1665 bottles.
