Tasting Notes

Nose
G&M:  Aromas of cured meats combine with red apple and sultanas. Subtle spices of cinnamon and clove are followed by a light sea air note.
Taste
G&M: Smooth and smoky with red apple alongside zesty orange and spicy black pepper.
Finish
G&M: A long and smoky finish with ashy undertones.
