This Tomatin from Morrison & MacKay was distilled on 15 May 1987 and bottled on 3 June 2014. It spent most of that time in an ex-Bourbon cask but for from 8 April 2014 to bottling it was in an ex-Sherry Hogshead. It is a release of 187 bottles.
|The WSD: Initially the nose is deeply baked biscuits and then develops chocolate and treacle toffee notes - M&S Chocolate eclairs.|
|The WSD: The nose replicates the palate but with more intensity. Hints of raisins come through and plenty of Maple syrup. All with lashings of cream.|
