The Biggar Gin Company is a family run business started and owned by two brothers. It sits at the foot of the Tinto Hills in Biggar. The brothers say 'With craft and care we combine and blend ingredients that are natural to our unique setting. We use updated distilling methods and are constantly refining processes and adapting new methods.'
The distillery recommend trying this one with tonic, ice and a twist of orange peel.
