This Mannochmore was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021 from a hogshead which produced 1042 bottles.
|Distillery: Quite mineral, grassy and malty on the nose as the fruit notes emerge. There is a green edge of
lime and kiwi, apple and a little peppery edge.WSD: Mellow, soft and sweet with a hint of salt. Pears, mango, honeydew melon, melted butter and Spring grass with sugar syrup.
|Distillery: The palate builds well with more in the way of lemon zest, buttered toast and white pepper.
WSD: Warming and creamy. Salted melon balls, pink peppercorns and banana toffee.
