Description
This Glencadam was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 from a hogshead which produced 255 bottles. A final year maturing in ex-sweet wine casks has brought out the playful fruitiness of this delightful Glencadam.
Tasting Notes
Nose |
BBR: Apricots, peaches, orange blossom and honey yoghurt all flutter out of the glass, making for a wonderfully refreshing nose. |
Taste |
BBR: The palate is gloriously thick, bringing more bright fruits along with mango syrup, chewy dried pineapple and a hint of drying wood varnish. All of this is wrapped up on the lingering palate by further notes of fruit syrup. This is amazingly fresh and floral. |
