| BB&R: Aromas of cigar box, leather and honey abound.
TWSD: Sweet. Icing sugar coated raisins. Then soft smoke comes through with a touch cinder toffee and old leather. |

| BB&R: The palate delivers a near perfect Orcadian whisky, balancing dried figs, dates and prunes, with peat smoke and complex floral notes. This superlative whisky finishes with clove rock and more rich fruit.
TWSD: Bonfire ash and lots of dried fruits. Rum and raising chocolate bars melting on the fire. |
