|WSD: Smoky slated pork scratchings, Smokey bacon crisps and smoked Bavarian ham.
BB&R: The nose gives some butterscotch mingled with leather and gentle peat-smike.
|WSD: Salt and pepper crisps. Smoked bacon with black pepper. Wet sand - sea water on sand. Black pepper on salted pork.
BB&R: The palate offers more peat-smoke carried by fresh yellow fruit skins, a hint of banana and melon.
