Description
The distillery says 'our 15 Years Old single malt whisky gives cracked pepper, charred oak, apples, dark chocolate and forest fruits with rich sherry notes and a touch of smoke.' It has been matured in 80% First Fill Ex-Bourbon & 20% First Fill Ex Sherry Cask for 9 years then the final 6-year maturation for both liquids combined in an Oloroso Cask.
