Description
This Adelphi Strathmill is from a refill bourbon hogshead which produced 168 bottles. This is a real strawberries and sponge cake whisky.

| Adelphi: This starts with a very light nose, and a little nose prickle, unusual for a whisky of this age. Underneath, pale sponge cake with whipped cream, topped with fresh strawberries. |
| Taste |
| Adelphi: A hint of cedar-wood cigar wrapper; only the dried edges of a sponge cake remain. |
| Finish |
| Adelphi: Full and creamy in the mouth; sweetish, with vanilla sponge cake and dry coconut in the dryish finish, and a milk chocolate after-taste. |
