Description
This Adelphi Highland Park 13 Years Old was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2011 from a refill bourbon cask which produced 283 bottles.
Tasting Notes

| Adelphi: The aroma is of chocolate boxes (possibly cherry liqueur chocs) later some fondant and dry peat. |
| Taste |
| Adelphi: A very pleasant texture with a sweet initial taste, drying with sackcloth and ashes in the aftertaste. Water continues chocolates, fondant and ashes, with maritime under-notes on the nose. The texture is soft, the taste lightly sweet to start, with some salt. |

| Adelphi: A whisper of peat in the warming finish. |
