This Dalmore has been matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and finessed by hand selected tawny port pipes from W&J Graham's vineyard in Portugal. The distillery say they have purposely retained at 46.5% abv to complement the enticing warm flavours of the port and the classic taste of The Dalmore to create a whisky which is indulgent, smooth and complex.

This Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2021. This Dalwhinnie was double-matured in ex-bodega Oloroso cask wood for a rich sweetness and spicy complexity to enhance the heathery, honeyed aromas and tastes of the regular release
Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is only distilled from spirit made between October and March. Dalwhinnie believe that 'as the snow falls and the air is sharp with frost, the cold copper intensifies their liquid and it's rich deep character unfolds. When the winter grows colder, their liquid becomes gentler and warmer.'
This Deanston 18 Years Old is un-chill filtered to retain it's natural flavour and deep character. This has been aged in first fill Bourbon casks.
This Deanston has been finished in some freshly charred new oak barrels from America.
According to the distillery the name Ballechin originates from a fellow Perthshire farm distillery, which sadly closed in 1927. There, Alfred Barnard, who catalogued all the distilleries in the UK in the 1880's, made reference to having experienced a peated whisky. This bottling is predominantly from ex-bourbon casks with a generous top dressing of ex-Oloroso sherry casks to create added depth and greater complexity.
The distillery says "this 11 year old Edradour single malt was matured entirely in first-fill Sauternes sweet wine hogsheads." It was distilled in April 2012 and bottled 17th May 2023.
The distillery says that Caledonia Edradour is a special single cask release selected by songwriter Dougie MacLean and named after his famous song 'Caledonia'. It is initially matured in bourbon barrels casks followed by an Oloroso finish of 4-5 years. An old fashioned whisky for those looking for how whisky used to be made.
