This is one of the first releases of a new set of bottlings from independent bottler Watt Whisky. Mark and Kate Watt have, between them, over 40 years experience in the whisky industry. It is one of 630 bottles distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2020. Mark describes this whisky as 'Sherry, raisins, subtle cloves, orange rind. Strawberries and balsamic vinegar.'
