The Distillery says: "Time in traditional oak casks and Amontillado Sherry Butts have formed robust flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, espresso and a hint of nut. Distilled in 2006, moved to Amontillado Sherry Butts in 2015, finished for 3 years. Non chill filtered and natural colour. Limited run of just 5,400 bottles"
