The distillery say "This single malt was distilled on 25th January 2002 and spent the first 9 years of its life in traditional Scotch Whisky oak casks. On 1st March 2011 it was transferred to Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques, which have imparted flavours of red fruits and honey, and a punchy fruit jam to finish." Only 2436 bottles available.
