Description
This Vatting was distilled in 2009 and bottled in October 2015. Initially in a Bourbon Barrel it has been finished in first fill port and Pedro Ximenez barrels.

MMD: Beginning with soft and spicy berries and gentle peppered strawberries, bountiful fruits emerge to the senses; creamy vanilla with a yielding leather undertonegives way to a sot ashy aroma. |

MMD: On the tongue strawberries abide with baked shortcruts pastry sweetness, then spicy cinnamon, smoked cured bacon and tender ash. |
