Description
This bottling from AD Rattray recreates the long lost distillery of Stronachie. It is actually a "vatting" of Benrinnes and has a good proportion of sherry casks which certainly are more dominant in this batch.

WSD: Immediate sherry triffle aroma and then malt notes come through with heather and orange peel. There is also a pleasant touch of sulphur on the edge - match boxes. |

WSD: Malt and raisins on the palate with some Christmas spices. |
