This Carn Mor Mortlach from Morrison & Mackay was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2015 from 2 hogsheads. It is a release of only 373 bottles.

Nose |
The WSD: Freshly done laundry with honeysuckle and boiled lemon sweets. Marshmallows covered in dessicated coconut. |
Taste |
The WSD: Sugar sweet, pepper, wood, salt and icing sugar over nectarines. Chilli milk chocolate then coming through - boiled sweets in the garden saw mill. |
Finish |
The WSD: Quite a short finish, slightly waxy with a trace of melon. |
